Ableprop have been acquiring and developing real estate in what is often described as the “9 o’clock quadrant” of London, namely west, north-west and north London for over 15 years.

With our experience of more than 30 projects, we are looking to the future, welcoming new projects in London and beyond, with a focus on acquiring land and assets without planning permission, seeking to combine local expertise and experience whilst working with best-in-class partners and professionals.
