With rich experience in managing and coordinating large teams including government, private and international organizations, Bhushan now works as an Executive Director for Kids of Kathmandu. He oversees and acts as a principal coordinator for projects that build schools with modern infrastructure in severely underdeveloped and remote areas of Nepal, in turn serving over 4,000 students from all across the country. He is also a project director for e-education Japan, developing concepts and contents of teaching materials, especially STEM subjects, to significantly ameliorate the quality of education materials of public schools in Nepal. He is also a lecturer at Shanker Dev Campus, affiliated to Tribhuwan University, Nepal. He was featured in the United Nations documentary, “Nepal: Rebuilding after the earthquake.” Outside of his work, he is a Mphil scholar.
