💗Grief Coach and Educator. I support courageous middle aged women who have lost a loved one to navigate through their grief so they can:

💫Rediscover life’s meaning and purpose

💗My truths:
🥀 I was my Mother’s primary caregiver and I watched her die of cancer
🥀 After the birth of my daughter, I was diagnosed with a rare blood disease
🥀 My second pregnancy ended as a first trimester loss
🥀Since my miscarriage, I have struggled with infertility

🥀I know what it feels like to be alone, lost, broken, to have your dreams shattered and to feel that deep yearning to have your loved one back with you; to be able to touch them; to hear their voice again.
