I combine two forms of counseling. Bowen System Family and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Bowen Systems says that the systems that we are attached to determine who we are and Cognitive Behavior Therapy say that how we think is how we are; when the two are combined the systems that we attach ourselves to tell us how to think which tells us how we are. Problems arise when we outgrow our systems or our thinking styles change.
