The first part of my career was based upon selling real estate advisory services at a premium, serving some of the biggest and wealthiest of real estate investment funds and private investors in 22 countries, with a focus on Mexico and Latin America.

One day I woke up and realized that only 7m of the 23m commercial properties in the US are owned by institutional investors. The vast majority of the remaining 16m properties are owned by hard working individuals who may only own one or a few properties.

Not every property owner can afford or see the return in paying for high cost real estate data. Since we identified our clear mission forward, we have helped more than 14,000 property owners gain access to real estate data with the analysis at pricing that makes sense.
