Intentional harmful behaviors such as harassment 24/7 over the course of 3 months, targeted doxxing efforts, and threats to uninvolved bystanders who include minors not only constitute multiple crimes, but indicates a serious mental illness characterized by obsessive infatuation, and consequentially results in abandonment of real life duties as evidenced by multiple testimonies of minors “crying” in the background of calls.

Concerns about such neglect to potential endangered minors whose mothers are 34 year old adults who ravage the internet to arrange efforts to bully, threaten, and harass others is a concern to any individual. Any such concern shall be reported by any adult to child protective agencies who are the ultimate judges of the mental stability of adults and welfare of potentially endangered minors.

Reporting concerns of neglect to appropriate authorities is not a crime.
