Co-Founder and Director at Gloves Not Gunz CIC & Urban Yogis CIC

We use sport, movement & yoga as tools for personal and community development. We offer mentoring & therapeutic services, sports enrichment, employment & education pathways, and support in communities, schools & prisons. We use trauma informed, restorative and transformative approaches to support young people and families.

I have been working within youth and community work for over 15 years. This has included a variety of settings including children’s social care, youth offending services, education and third sector.

I’m a father to two beautiful girls and based in South London. I’m originally from Devon and moved to London 15 years ago.

My hobbies outside of work include surfing, yoga, fitness, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, football, getting out in nature, music, travel, reading and cooking.
