🙊I start by using language people use when they're talking to each other. Of course the tone will vary depending on who you're talking to and what you want to say. But I’ve found it helps organisations to build stronger relationships with their customers and for the people who work there to get on better with each other.
👨⚕️Before setting up Afia, I worked for Boots as tone of voice manager, where I developed the first Boots tone of voice, and helped relaunch brands like No7, 17 and Botanics.
Over the past few years I’ve worked on Aviva’s rebrand (their huge changeover from Norwich Union) and with Morrisons, British Gas, Vodafone and Google.
