My name is Kioshi im a mother of a 3 year old and a 4 month old and I’m here to say that postpartum depression is real! I’ll be the first to admit that I have and still do experience it. I know I’m not the only mother who struggles with it but I also know how hard it is for mothers to actually be able to open up about it to someone who understands so I created a safe place for moms to come and talk about the good the bad and the ugly of motherhood. Together we share our journey’s of motherhood so that we no longer have to walk through it alone.
