My psychological and clinical research informs family & youth health psychology, public policy, mental health treatment, faith organizations, social programs, and the therapist work.

As an Ivy League University, psychological and health psychology expert, some of my work is centered on the health, psychonutrition & behaviors of families & youth of color. I explore chronic diseases, illnesses, neurological disorders, nutrition, food & eating behaviors, personality & mental issues, emotional conditions, personality disorders & the role of faith & resiliency in our health journey. My psychological research is comprehensive & explores the biopsychosocial & physiological factors, socioeconomics, and social determinants in health and mental outcomes. With a close emphasis on women, maternal, children & and adolescents of color health & psychological outcomes in underserved populations.
