Mom, Life Care Planner, BBQ Addict, and 5 Star Food Lover!

Adding smoke to food and BBQ is my passion! From traditional classics to refined dishes...everything tastes better with a little smoke on it!

My husband introduced me to BBQ almost 4 years ago and I have been learning and practicing how to add fire, smoke, and flavor to food ever since! I love all of the traditional BBQ standards, but also combine classic recipes with smoke to elevate flavors and give them new life!

And we have a serious smoker and grill addiction. We have our BIG stickburner (Shawshank) in addition to a smaller version, a Santa Maria grill, several Recteq pellet smokers, Weber kettles...and homemade pits are the next challenge.

Heading to competition in April! So serious competition prep is happening here now...but that’s not all. Park Street BBQ is a charity in the midst of creation that will support 1st Responders and their families. We are working to host a Fundraiser in May for 225+ guests.
