Almega Corp: I'm the Chairman and CEO of Almega Corp., a full service real estate investment, development and property management firm with over $185M in assets under management.

TREC Brands: I am a co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors for TREC Brands, a socially-conscious cannabis brand holding company, which has successfully launched 3 brands (WINK, Blissed and Thumbs Up) and 20 product SKUs with many more in development.

Prior to TREC, I co-founded TerrAscend Corp. (TER.CN), a global cannabinoid company, where I served as CEO and oversaw the company from inception in 2014 through to the transformative $52.5M, non-brokered, private placement with JW Asset Management and Canopy Growth Corporation (2018). TerrAscend now has over $300M in annual revenue with a market cap in excess of $3B.
