Jill Taffet on Clubhouse

Bio

Jill Taffet also known as Based Time is a time-based artist who explores time, motion and consciousness in her work.

She creates immersive large-scale video installations, augmented reality, and looping animations shown as NFT’s and in monitors.

Taffet’s work is abstract, biomorphic and inspired by science and the mysteries of existence. She explores what lies beyond the material world to discover new ways of looking, thinking and experiencing the universe in which we live.

Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally. She holds a BFA from Cooper Union in New York and a MFA from SFAI in San Francisco she currently teaches at Ringling College of Art & Design.
