I guide experienced or budding managers in the automobile business and other businesses to become level 5 leaders and coaches. We do Master Classes and 20 groups and one on one for Managers and business owners.
I am an executive director speaker trainer and coach with the John Maxwell team. As a Disc consultant I am about transforming human behavior.
I have been in the automotive business in all seats for over 40 years as well as a
trainer for manufacturers and large and small groups.
I am a business coach and life coach servicing dealerships small to medium businesses and individuals.
Between my wife and I we have 10 kids and 8 grandkids and we LOVE Jesus.

As a recovering addict with over 35 years of sobriety my mission is to help people transform from where they are to where they want to be as a leader.
