I’m a mom to two teens who are my greatest teachers. I hold a Ms Ed and have worked with children & parents for over 25 years. I’m trained and certified by Dr. Shefali as a Conscious Parent Coach. I’ve been passionate about spirituality, psychology, metaphysics, body/mind/spirit, nutrition, holistic living and children ever since I can remember. I’m also a Reiki Master. My mission is to support and empower parents on their journey to loving themselves so they can then practice unconditionally loving their child.
