A person is deserving of care, compassion, and freedom of choices whether they use a substance or not. End the war on drugs. Mental health and scapegoat survivors advocate and survivor. No contact with family of origin. You 2? I’m ur fam now. Supporting LGBTQ+ and beyond. Remove biases and practice active listening, and supporting a person right where they are at. Hold space for those who are struggling. Sometimes ppl just need to be heard. I struggle with self care tasks. It’s easier to care for others than for myself. I love to learn. I am in recovery from substance use, hopelessness, and trauma.
