Hi I’m Jin.

I am a licensed professional counselor, yoga, and meditation instructor specializing in trauma and grief healing work. My mission is bridge the gaps in communication between generations surrounding mental health and self-care practices as it pertains to the whole person.

In my mission to help break the stigmas my vision is to reintroduce art in ALL forms back into our lives as a healing technique.

🎓I hold my Masters of Science in School Counseling from Capella University and my Bachelors of Science in community health from Ohio University.
