Warum man mich „Mama Jamu“ nennt:

Vor 4 Jahren wurde mir das Rezept für ein wundervolles Elixier aus Bali anvertraut 🇮🇩

Es heißt Jamu Kunyit Asam und die Indonesier nennen es mit gutem Grund „Göttertrank für Jugend, Schönheit und Gesundheit“🧡

Hauptzutaten sind: Kurkuma, Ingwer, Tamarinde, Jaggery und Zimt.

Es schmeckt großartig und ist Medizin aus dem Garten Gottes 🌿

Ich habe eine kleine Manufaktur in meiner Heimatstadt und braue Jamu Kunyit Asam traditionell, wie es seit 1.600 Jahren in Bali getan wird 👩🏼‍🍳

Übrigens: Ich bin die einzige Gendong (Jamu Brauerin) in Deutschland 🇩🇪

Why they call me "Mrs. Jamu:

4 years ago, I was entrusted with the recipe for a wonderful elixir from Bali 🇮🇩

It's called Jamu Kunyit Asam and the Indonesians call it "Potion of the Gods for Youth, Beauty and Health" with good reason 🧡

Main ingredients are: Turmeric, ginger, tamarind, jaggery and cinnamon.

It tastes great and is 100 % natural medicine from the garden of God 🌿

I have a small manufactory in my hometown and brew Jamu Kunyit Asam traditionally, as it has been done in Bali for 1,600 years 👩🏼‍🍳

By the way: I am the only Gendong (Jamu brewer) in Germany 🇩🇪
