Currently I serve as Legal Counsel at Volcom, a global apparel company headquartered in Southern California. Here, though I focus primarily on transactional matters, I deal with all types of legal issues from athlete/model endorsement agreements and production matters to litigation and employment matters we are faced both with domestically and abroad. I initially was attracted to the company not only because I love snowboarding, but because I focused on Intellectual Property in school and this role constantly deals with incoming and outgoing license of IP.

I recently gained an LL.M in Alternative Dispute Resolution and have found it most helpful in handling in-house matters and highly recommend it to those who dare enter the doors of a law school lecture again.
