辛さゼロ、にんにく不使用の海鮮ハーブスパイス料理
大阪中央市場にてお造りでも食べられる魚介をメインに仕入れています。
約40種類のハーブスパイスを揃えており、魚介の種類に応じて調合し挽いて仕上げています。
営業時間は
土曜9:00-15:00（基本、完売はありません）
日曜9:00〜無くなり次第終了🙏👨🍳
料理修行で訪れた国は、スリランカ、インド、南アフリカ、台湾👨🍳
We have a harbs&spices restaurant in Osaka Japan.
Saturday and Sunday only opened.
I visited to learn cooking to SriLanka,SouthAfrica,SouthIndia and Taiwan.
early in the morning ,We go to Osaka Central Market to get very fresh seafoods.
We made original spices cooking that no Chiri no Garlic.thank u.★since 2012
