My work focuses on healing trauma through creating light, and positive energies. It’s a visualization technique, that uses cognitive reframing of my thoughts and energy. Not necessarily a mirror image of my current state of emotions, rather a projected image of healing and energy, into my desired changes in thought and behaviors and emotional state.
