I am a proud black woman, a challenging wife at times, a devoted mama bear to 3 beautiful kids, an entrepreneur with a purpose, a daughter to the most fascinating woman I know, a lover of books and the power of words, a foodie at heart who can muster a mean dish with any left over ingredients, a loyal and loving friend to those who tell you how it is, a free-spirit who hates being defined by others limited expectations, a believer in the power of mindfulness and minimalism, an innovation junky, an experience seeker, a spiritual being, a social creature and a solitude craver (both aren’t mutually exclusive), a passionate advocate for women’s economic empowerment, a purpose driven entrepreneur and CEO and founder of The Next Billion.
