| The most common theme in my work stems from addressing internal conflicts based on upbringing, breaking unhealthy social norms, breaking unhealthy traditions and patterns, conversational healing, and truly addressing and making mental health more common conversation and less taboo to think about in regards to character, ideology, and the way we live our lives. All these feats within a 4 year period!
