Bio

After spending 17+ years at the helm of his own video post-production facility in Manhattan, Ayres pivoted into the real estate industry in 2013. His extensive, successful experience as the CEO of that business, in conjunction with his acute sales skills fortified with multiple certifications and courses has allowed him to quickly build his specialty as a New York State licensed associate broker.
Ayres’ international travels have allowed him to gain a social and cultural understanding of people and their buying behaviors. Combined with astute negotiation skills and unwavering integrity, Ayres has been dedicated to helping clients buy properties around New York.
In addition to being in the field and connecting with clients, Ayres serves as the Director for
the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), Central Nassau Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), Chair Global Committee (LIBOR)and Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), and various other positions on committees and boards based in the State of New York.

A New York State Approved Real Estate Instructor, Ayres aims to disseminate his expertise and niche real estate insights with prospective realtors and brokers seeking to enter the industry.
