Bio

I am a business advisor, a perspective and diversity coach. I bring the best performance out of business owners, C-Level executives and mid-level professionals. I also work on helping organisations achieve their diversity targets.

I am part of a network of experienced coaches that help senior to mid level ethnic executives in SME and Global Companies achieve their full potential either while transitioning to more senior roles or in support in their existing C-level or ownership roles.

As an executive coach and business consultant I help my clients achieve the following skills (1) Improved communication (2) Problem Solving especially in project led situations (3) Decision Making and (4) Negotiation

As a diversity coach I work with my clients at the board and senior executive management levels to understand, formulate and manage the complexity around black ethnic diversity in organisations.

I have been serial entrepreneur for over 2 decades with a lot of practical experiences. I also trained as medical doctor and a psychiatrist in the National Health Service in the UK (NHS). I also have a health management degree at the Imperial College Business School London where I won the prize for entrepreneurship for my graduating year. I have raised over $4m from investors for my own projects (media and hospitality sectors mainly)in the UK and Africa. I have been invited to be part of other businesses in start up phases where my involvement ranged from purely advisory roles to equity participation.

My extensive experience in start up businesses means I am well qualified to advice business executives (SME and global). I am volunteer pro bono work with young adults in the U.K. through the Young Enterprise program to advice on establishing small businesses.
