NFT POINTERS
1) Ignore social influencers (you will get caught in the hype)
2) Ignore people shilling their own project.(mainly refers to people always shilling their project on every Twitter thread or discord chat)
3) The value of the NFT is in the community and the utility behind the NFT.
4) Buy what you love.
5) If there is not a discord and a roadmap, move on. (Unless you just really love the art and don’t care about utility)
6) If there is no contact or twitter info for the people in charge of the project, move on.
7) Last but not least… Always, Always, Always do your homework.

NFT RESEARCH
1) Look through the NFT project Twitter page.
2) Look at the NFT project website.
3) Look up all people part of the NFT project on Twitter.
4) Join the discord and ask questions and feel out the community.
5) Read the roadmap and determine if you feel like the project team can complete it.

Once you mint the project their are some websites like Rarity Tools or Rarity Sniper NFT discord that can help you determine the rarity of your NFT so you can try and determine the value.

NFT PROJECT RED FLAGS
1) No Twitter page or low effort put into Twitter page.
2) No website or low effort put into website.
3) No Twitter info for all people part of development team.
4) The community seems hostile, uninformed, and/or the development team isn’t really involved in discord.
5) There is no roadmap or things on roadmap seem like items that aren’t possible to complete.
