Salon owner and operator of a successful salon that I built from the ground up with not many ideas on how to do it. Through pitfalls, I have discovered ways to overcome and be successful as a salon owner and operator without overworking myself and burning out.

-Manestream Consulting- Established in 2019, as I was sitting back enjoying the fruits of my labor, I realized that others could always benefit from my knowledge of providing outstanding customer service and client retention. My retention rate is above 90% as is my cancellation rate. I am always eager to share my proven ideas to keep the client coming back.

My newest venture in branding to set Avian apart as an individual. There is no definitive direction for this brand but when you see it, you will know it’s me and know all that I have to offer
