Bio

A parenting coach with a huge difference. Together with my daughter who is 21 years of age, we share our very own journey, experiences and stories to help guide parents establish authentic relationships with their children. Having the perspective of the parent and child does help both parent and child feel seen and herd.
I am a mother to 3 amazing kids aged 21,16 and 7 and I share a phenomenal relationship with all of them. We have navigated through some challenging times together and we have always stayed close. We have an extremely authentic relationship and it’s what I wish to share with others and encourage in other families.
I want to help other mothers have deep connections with their children and share the magic that parenting actually is.
My purpose is to add value and create a community of authentic families where parents and children are seen, heard and held.
