Self-Exploration, and self-compassion. I practice living in deep intimate relationship with myself and others.

I believe in leading with transparency and vulnerability. I practice speaking my authentic truth.

I heal and nurture myself on a moment to moment basis and practice self-compassion. The more I radically love and accept myself the more I can radically accept and love the world around me. 🟦

I help others heal from their core wounds and reconnect to others and their authentic self.

I was graced with a brain tumor, drug addiction, suicidal depression which lead me on a path to inner healing and ultimately to non dual awakening. Now I live a life of contemplation, healing, and connection, continuing the path to complete self compassion. I now live a life of passion, joy and deep connection. I love helping others find their own inner peace and awakening.
