2021 has a tight Tech Talent market, so I channel my inner Moira every day as a Talent Solutions Manager for a multimillion-dollar, award-winning professional staffing and consulting firm. I partner with decision makers to find well-rounded candidates for tough-to-fill technical roles, and I love my job more than Moira loves wigs. (And that's saying a lot.)

Throughout my career, a common theme has been my passion for paying attention to the details, building strong relationships, and finding creative solutions. I genuinely enjoy people - getting to know them, helping them, smiling (and crying) with them, learning from them, and making connections that last. Call me a bit stubborn, but when something works, I do what it takes to make things happen.

Working with technologists and their ever-changing but ALWAYS in-demand expertise challenges me every day, and I LOVE it!

Outside of work, I'm with my husband and two kids, riding my Peloton (find me at aubsmccauley for a free high five), camping around Oregon, savoring a Crumbl cookie or watching a variety of bingeworthy T.V. (can you guess my favorite show these days?). I can’t wait to get back to Duck football games, live concerts, travel, dining out, and hugging people outside of my household. You?
