After facilitating 200hr YTT’s for a decade, I have refined my focus to the subtle, yet profound practice of Yoga Nidra.

I believe that the body is an ear to the Universe and it’s up to us to learn how to listen.

At Attune to the Moon, I guide Astro Nidras, Universal Breath practices to align with Mercury and Cosmic Walking meditations to work with Mars or in our virtual journeys for astrological events such as Mercury Rx.

Insight Timer has been a safe home for the past 4 years. You’ll find a 10 day course to Overcome Obsessive Thinking there with me, but I think it should have been called: If you’re a Human and have a Mind, these tools are your Best Friend. But apparently they thought the title was too long 🤣

At least once a year, you can come train with me in the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra. Currently, online.

When we can travel again, you can bet we’ll be retreating!
