That is what we do when we practise meditation.

This is being practised in the Heartful Meditation session. This creates a mindset which enables us to accept the good and reject the bad. No religious viewpoints here.

Retired in 2008 as Superintendant from Kerala State Road Transport Corporation after 31 years of service.

Now works as cashier in a jewellery store at Ettumanoor.
