Bio

Founder/Director of the first annual international fashion film festival ASVOFF in 2008 prior to that I co-curated You Wear it Well in 2006 and 2007 screened at Cinespace in LA and travelled to Guggenheim Bilbao among 17 other locations before creating ASVOFF 2008 based in Paris. ASVOFF screened at Centre Pompidou for 7 editions until 2016. A Shaded View on Fashion is considered the first fashion blog and was created February 2005. In addition in 2015 I created Diane Pernet Paris perfumes with Intertrade. There are 5 perfumes additionally I am a fashion journalist and curator. Previous activities include my own fashion brand in nyc for 13 years. Love to shine a light on talent in all creative fields and have my own channel on FNL Network, and A Shaded View in Fashion Film, and of course www.ashadedviewonfashion.com and www.ashadedviewonfashionfilm.com. I am a BOF 500 member since its beginning in 2007 and now I am in the BOF Hall of Fame. On CH I look forward to discovering more talented filmmakers.
