A$ton Dollar$ is one such artist that epitomizes the essence of the modern era. A multi-talented vocalist and Rapper born to Haitian parents and raised in Hillside, Queens, and N.Y. A$ton Dollar$ is making bangers that are thoughtful, conscious and driven by a desire to motivate, inspire, as well as to simply just get lit!
Born Marlon Beaudouin, He initially started off learning music as a child through piano lessons. He also participated in musical activities at his church and school and then transitioned into writing, recording and producing his own music. It was during this period of evolution that A$ton’s creativity and undeniable talent began to shine through. He ultimately developed a style of songwriting that is transparent, daring and full of hope and reflective of his experiences, thought and ambitions, turning his pain into purpose and lessons into studio sessions.
A$ton Dollar$ has had a vast array of musical influences however he accredits the pivotal influences in his music to Jeremy Gonzalez, aka “The Jerm”, Gerard Abdul aka G-Smooth, Rich Ahee aka Filthy Rich, Winn Willams aka DJ Winn, James Williams, Dwight Hardware, aka “Trix Da Producer. All of whom taught him about a crucial aspect of music. This all culminates in A$ton Dollar$ producing a musical experience that is enjoyable, easy going and fun but still seeks to provoke thought and A$ton Dollar$ uses his music as a vehicle to express his perspectives and tell stories.
A$ton Dollar$ currently has over 20 singles out with Stripper Pole 2, Culture, Motion and Whole World Drops(Remix) among the most notable to date and he will be releasing more music that will showcase his lyricism in a uniquely constructed piece of musical artistry. His music exhibits not only his versatility and vocal prowess but has surely cemented his style as a witty, and confident rapper and has paved the way for the varied expressions of his musical ideas and artistic craft.
