Roofing was not even on my radar. Neither was Multifamily Real Estate Investing. I thought I was going to be headed into Commercial Real Estate, but God had something different in mind.

I jumped into the industry in 2017 right before a storm of all storms in Lakewood. I didn't know the names of different flat roofs, and I called three tab shingles three prongs. But I knew people, and I used reached out to my network and found those that were in need. In 2017 I sold 10 million in Commerical roofing and HVAC, from Multifamily to Churches, and contracted my first 2 million on my 30-day mark in the industry. And I continue to grow and work with great partners all around Colorado and now in other states.

I was going nonstop, and there were plenty of growing pains along the way.
I also had a 7-month old at this time Teething and learning to crawl. The routine was to wake up at 6 am, work all day, come home shower, eat, and take care of my baby boy and put in new hardwood floors before he became too mobile.

I have been in the CRE and Commerical roofing business for four years now. I have walked alongside with my beautiful wife to raise a very talented and respectful 4-year old who rides a balance bike so fast I have to get him one with brakes for his safety, and now I also have a daughter that is 2, and another coming soon. It has been a heck of a ride, and it's only getting better.

I have been investing in apartments and using my VA loan to house hack. More to come

My network continues to grow, and because of the growth I brought to our company, we now have a billion-dollar investment firm backing us and are now a national company helping more people each day.

I’ll continue to build the best relationships with the best people in the industry and have grown as a person, a man, and an entrepreneur.
