I am passionate about counselling boards and leading multi-national teams to develop sustainable digital business transformations as both a qualified Non-Executive Director and seasoned Digital Transformation Lead.

My mission is to influence boards to imbed a culture that embraces the challenges, needs and values of their clients, and to establish an evolving organism that supports it. I achieve this by building consensus through defining the why, how and what of both strategy and implementation.

With a successful track record of over 30 years international strategic programme experience as a trusted independent advisor, my intuition has been honed by coaching c-suite executives to successfully implement their disruption, occupation, harvest or exit strategies.
