The mission of this club is to develop global relationships, learn from each other, support members’ goals, and celebrate members’ wins.

The inspiration behind creating MassDevSquad came when I completed @CareerKarma’s #21daychallenge. In the beginning, it was formed for the purpose of connecting and supporting aspiring software engineers, UX/UI designers, graphic and web designers both bootcamp grad and/or self taught across my home state of Massachusetts.

It evolved into a group of friends living in the Boston area that happened to also be first and second generation Americans from various locations around the world.
