Ashley Urquhart is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Massage Instructor, and the Founder & CEO of MT Banquets. She has been a massage therapist for 12 years. She has received her accreditation from the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork in 2020. She has her own business to approve massage therapists continuing education credit to renew massage licenses. She teaches and specializes in Intraoral TMJ massage therapy. She created MT Banquets to help massage therapists and other wellness professionals feel appreciated and recognized with granting awards, helping to connect and inspire others. She has been on many podcasts explaining her struggles in the massage industry which led her to become a wellness advocate. She continues to invest in the wellness community.
