I developed a strength-based method of Core, Function and Fitness thats helps:
🤰🏽Mamas-to-be exercise safely during pregnancy (stay challenged, feel strong, move well)
🤱🏻New Moms rebuild core strength and return to exercise after baby (pelvic floor, muscles weakened by pregnancy, prevent injury)
👩‍👧‍👧 Moms balance family and fitness, while becoming stronger than before pregnancy
