Hi I am Ashley.
💫 Fitness is my hobby and what makes me happy, changing peoples lives fills my cup, being a mom is my passion!
💫 I am a Health & wellness coach thru an at home fitness platform called beachbody.
💫 I do not want to be defined as just a mom or a wife. I want to defined as a leader and a life changer. A person that believes in others before they believe in themselves. I want to empower them. Stand by them and be the light in their dark place. Showing them anything is possible we just have lean in, dig deep and believe.

🔥what I offer the world & what is my unique stamp?
I wasn’t dealt the best hands growing up. Nothing in my life has ever felt “easy”. My parents were both addicts. Which in turn took a serious toll on my mental health. I battle with depression, anxiety, 2 autoimmune diseases (hypothyroidism and idiopathic thrombocytopenia ITP). Somehow I have continued to thrive even through the pain and suffering. I landed a few green lights. Meeting my husband. Having My children. And My wellness community. The three things that gave me purpose and are my main focus in life. Which has brought me to this amazing opportunity of empowering people to live their best life inside and out.

It’s not easy waking up everyday being mentally ready to face any and everything that comes our way. No day will be perfect there will always be red and yellow lights along the way but what I am here to tell you and the world is I’m am here for you. I will support you. Train you. Guide you. I’ve successfully lost 73lbs (and counting) post baby 3 and this is my second time doing this!! I know what I am doing so let me help.
