MicroSolutions is a Real estate tech startup specific to micro-apartment/Co-living/co-working housing geared to providing affordable housing for the Core urban millennial workforce in global metropolitan hubs
A big portion of the population globally are millennials whom for the most part have generally low incomes pared with high expenses. Currently millenniums make up 30% of the work force and expected to make up 60%+ of the workforce in the next decade, increasing the demand for co-living spaces and micro-apartments to rise. This younger generation have personal incomes that aren’t growing as fast as the rental rates, yet they choose and enjoy living in urban areas, surrounded by restaurants, bars and entertainment areas, as a result, micro units which answer the growing demand for more efficient affordable living space located close to numerous amenities. Demographic shift, economic change and environmental trends are fueling this interest. Micro apartments provide environmental benefits, the combination of small unit space, little oversight parking and transit rich neighborhoods means that micro apartments would lead to less building and transportation energy use and to reduces greenhouse gas emissions. Cities have become overcrowded and less affordable. The construction of new housing units is not keeping pace, leading to a pervasive housing shortage, consequently, all housing is becoming less affordable in large cities. Micro developments, a smaller residential footprint allows developers to maximize unit numbers without compromising quality. Developments in micro apartments create a whole different type of lifestyle whereby, it connects the residents with each other in terms of being more interactive with one another through the use of communal facilities integrated into the development.,
I would like to establish a relationship with those involved on many levels specifically in both the micro-living real estate space as well as the development of affordable housing with a view of collaborating synergies.
