I’m Renee Carleson a Massage Therapist and mom to two special needs teens & happily married to my geek charming! With a career in health care, I’ve spent a lifetime learning how to take care of others in one way or another. I have found that special needs parents deal with stress equivalent to that of combat veterans. We are ever vigilant for anything that can or will go wrong. We end up taking care of our families and leave very little time for self care which is a vicious cycle to get into. My mission is to help families with special needs learn how to calm the mind and body through massage, essential oils and sensory experiences.

🗣 Speaker: I love speaking on subjects that are near and dear to my heart such as Mindfulness, Self-Care, Special Needs Families, Autism, Sensory Integration Disorder.

🧩👩🏻‍🏫 Coach: I help families take the first steps to calm the chaos, clear the noise and find the stillness in the storm. I do this though focusing on self- care, relationships, growth & development and health and wellness.
