🔵 Most satisfying career moment:

2010: As strong proponent of People, Process & Technology, successfully conceiving and building a ITIL inspired Technology Command Center (NOC+SOC+Service Desk) for the organization, heralding paradigm shift and revolutionizing IT Service management culture by breaking decade old Chinese walls & Silos.

🔵 At hindsight, cherished career memories:

1992: When handpicked by management to become CNI (Certified Novell Instructor) for conducting CNE course ( Certified Novell Engineer- course which pioneered the culture of IT certification. CNE costed a whopping Rs 15K for a 15 days course then)

1996: Able to train 1000s in Chip level repair of PC and Networking over a period of 5 Yrs.

2014: Being able to be a very active part of a wonderful multitalented core Tech team since the dawn of e-commerce, building and safeguarding the ecosystem with TBytes of data and thousands of IT assets like 🍎 of our 👁 without even a single incident of data loss or organization’s reputation closer to 2 decades…..
