Trying to do my bit for inclusivity in hip-hop. ✨

But how did I get here? Story time:

I was 2 years deep into one of India's most respected business schools when I had an epiphany. I realised that not only was I not in an intellectually stimulating environment, I was also not built to be tied to a desk job that conveniently awaited me post my graduation. 🎓

When I understood what I did not want, I internalised the things I'd always wanted for myself-- writing, performing and travel adventures. 🏔️ 🚲
I dropped out right before my final year and spent the next one year or so organising and leading cross cultural expeditions around the globe to 7 countries and performing poetry before deciding to pursue an in depth study of Literature at Ashoka University. It is there that I first came across a recording studio and decided to go beyond poetry, into the realm of underground rap.

While I juggled university all over again, I also worked two jobs at a record label as well as a music distribution offshoot.

Currently, I am a core member at Wanandaf Distribution while pursuing my rap career and teaching myself the craft of music production. 🔊 🎶

I plagiarise life as I put it to words in my music, while also being vocal about systemic injustices that bother my conscience in an effort to stay true to hip-hop's roots and myself. Let's connect! 🤝
