I am a wife, mother , advocate for women and entrepreneurs. I served as a delegate for the SBA , former Angel Investor and Serial Entrepreneur. I started investing in my early twenties using creative financing.

Investor,Developer,Author,Commercial Lender, Broker, Author, Consultant, Trainer and Mentor.

I’ve secured several millions in Capital for clients. I started as an investor and ventured into commercial lending. I began mentoring 10 years ago for investors building their business and securing finance.

Creative deals and hard money are a specialty. I have over 20 years in building wealth using the home investor vehicle. Securing financing for myself and others from fix and flip, rental financing, portfolio, construction, and commercial.

I am on a self wealth journey using the skills, and knowledge I’ve gained over the years. I motivate other brokers to do the same.
