I am working towards my Ph.D. as a graduate research assistant at High-Performance VLSI/IC Design and Analysis Laboratory, University of Rochester. My research focus is on investigating emerging technologies as a replacement or cooperating alternate with CMOS technology. I have been involved in dealing with the state of art technology solutions to replace/support CMOS systems; Technologies such as FeTFT, Spintronic devices, integrated photonics, 2-D FET, and superconducting electronics.
My previous knowledge and experience in physical IC design (Backend), ASIC flow, and FPGA prototyping are combined with the passion for developing emerging technologies to bridge and connect between the technology development groups and silicon designers.
