I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from USC and was a Resident Fellow at Harvard. I am also a former SEC Football player and the first African American in history elected to the SC legislature from District 79 early in my career to now a leadership consultant and coach for leaders and executives. I also serve on multiple boards and ave spent my life helping organizations transform their uninspired, disengaged employees and ineffective teams into diverse high performing teams and world-class culture with leaders that everyone admires.
