Anton R. Grant Sr. is a Continues Process Improvement Director & Lean Six Sigma Process Manager. Before Co-Founding ANCAR General Contracting LLC, Anton spent over a decade in various roles in the Logistics & Manufacturing Industries. As an operations professional Anton has facilitated various process improvement events using the 5S methodology in order to improve the overall working environment.

Anton possesses an MBA & BA in Business from Texas A&M University-Commerce. He also holds various certifications in Lean Six Sigma & Advanced Data Analytics.

Anton’s professional and educational experience has prepared him for his new role as the Co-Founder of ANCAR General Contracting, a start-up Janitorial and Cleaning Company that provides superior service in both the Commercial & Government sectors.
