Veteran of fighting the TB/HIV pandemic in prisons in the late 90s/early 2000s. Raised alarm about covid-19 in prison in Jan 2020, was 1st in the world to develop policy tools for justice systems to fight it in early March 2020. Grateful that a number of jurisdictions made use of them and lives were saved.
