I am a people-first, data-driven Talent Partner who truly loves to learn about people's goals, skills, and interests helping dreams become a reality. Building genuine relationships both internally and externally along with using data to make strategic decisions are the two things I bring into my role every day.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner and Recruiting Manager, I have had the opportunity to play a strategic role in leading high-growth recruitment projects within the technology space. Outside of making sure that hiring goals are met, I have a passion for making sure that we are hiring the right people with a quality over quantity mindset. I love to understand the business units I am supporting, what great talent looks like, what is missing, and really help play an impactful part in the team's evolution.

Outside of work, I am a husband, father, and dog owner. I graduated from Florida International University (Go Panthers!) and during my time there was involved in the American Marketing Association, Sales Society, and Sigma Chi Fraternity. I am a huge foodie (isn't everyone?) who loves chips and guac, I am a Pelotoner (not sure if that's a word), and enjoy spending time with my very large Hispanic family at the beach, pool, or anywhere outside.
